These three robots were created for a class Robockey in which they autonomously played games of robot hockey. Our team worked to full design, build, and program these robots. In order to determine their location on the field, we build a localization algorithm that takes in information from  a mWii IR light detector camera which picks up a "constellation" of lights above the field. To detect the hockey puck, each robot is equipped with 12 IR phototransistors that identify the location of the IR-emitting puck. See the robots in action in the videos below.
